Just a block from where I am staying they are building some new homes - I saw this sign - I was stunned - had to take a photo of it. I couldn't get over the minimum price for a place - $650,000 for a tower home or $2 Million for a Terrace Home. Ya - I will get back to you after talking with my financial advisor. Wow - starting at 2 Million?? I thought the TV was telling us we are in a recession!!
