Going to the Moon

In the same building as our lunch with Col. Jerry Carr - there was an exhibit. Near the end of the exhibits was a copy of the lunar roving vehicle. There didn't seem like there were any restrictions, so we took a photo of us driving on the moon. Surprisingly, it was quite comfy to seat in.

After our lunch, we found ourselves running into the rain. We sought dryiness in the gift shop (we were successful in our shopping) - by the time we were done shopping the heavens openned and just poured cats and dogs. We waited about 20-30 minutes until it seemed to lessen. By the time we got to our car, the parking lots had huge puddles - gladly we both had sandals so it won't take forever for them to dry. Just like I had to do yesterday, I pulled into a parking lot and waited for about 20 minutes until the heavy pouring stopped.
