Sea of Yellow

For those who doesn't know about Three Hills - see those three hills in the distance on the above photo - Hey that's Three Hills!!! I drove up on Friday to Three Hills is a lovely hail, thunderstorm. Once I hit the Didsbury turnoff, the storm was basically south of me. Heard the storm hit Calgary nicely though. These photos were taken on the drive home back to Calgary. Being Summer time the fields are now a sea of yellow - canola plants. Photos don't do them justice - it is quite beautiful to see in person as you drive. Kind of brighten things up or something.
