The big door is in!!

Last night as I looked in the backyard - I notice that inside the garage it seemed darker than normal - this morning I drove down the alley to work and volia!!! I have my big garage door!!! That will be nice. You see on Friday around supper time we had a huge thunderstorm with hail. I was on the cellphone actually with my contractor and as I was looking at the garage - I see 2 headlights shining back at me. Here a car took shelter in my open door garage during the hailstorm!!! It was wierd and funny at the same time. So the garage made it through it's first major storm - held up pretty good - the weather here as been wild. Last night I was a tad scared to actually go to bed - had a huge lightening storm with a perfect view from my basement window. The clouds were huge and scary shaped as the lightening kept lightening up the clouds. Seems right out of that movie - Twister!
