Freshly fallen snow
While walking around the observation deck, I saw these trees with the snow that had fallen the night before. It looked so beautiful, it is hard to capture that on a photo. I was thinking the last time I went to Sulphur Mountain - it was during my first (of many) visits with the James Family. It was a grad gift to myself from college in Toronto. I tried to walk up to the top with Amanda, Amy, Mark and Mae but the altitude change was too much so I walked back, took the gondola and met them at the top along with Sara who had already took the gondola up ahead of us. Even in June, I remembered that it was snowing on the top of Sulphur mountain. I do remember my ride down in the gondola - it was just Sara and I. She did make it memorable - standing up trying for me to turn around to see the view (I was sitting looking at the mountain). Of course all this action would make the gondola sway - yup that really helped conquering my fear of heights! NOT!! Freaked a tad on her I do believe. Don't worry - I still love ya Sara!!!
