Pyramid Lake and Mountain

Pyramid Mountain in the distance. Just north of Jasper is a little lodge looking a Pyramid Mountain. The water is fed by the glacier so it has that wonderful colour of blue-green - it is really hard to capture it so close to the water. We were fortunate that we had a beautiful sunny day to do this little exploring.

Just past the lodge is a path to Pyramid Island where you can walk around the Lake and even have a picnic there. Here is Sandy taking a quiet moment just soaking it all in.
