Athabasca Falls

The first stop on our way back to Banff, was to see the Athabasca Falls. The day was cloudy and cool - but it was still nice to just walk around and stretch our legs. It is funny - both Sandy and I thought the exact same thing - this looks similar to the Kakabeka Falls near Thunder Bay (the mini-niagara as some call it). It has been years since I have been to Kakabeka Falls - maybe will have to do that in July when I go visit my mom.
