Getting ready to walk

Lately Casendra has been holding onto things and pulling herself up and trying to walk baby steps. Here she is lifting herself up on Auntie Amanda's chair.

Of course, Casendra was motivated to make these little steps - food!! She eyed her Auntie Amanda's birthday cake.

She was rewarded - Auntie Amanda gave her some icing which she quite enjoyed. Had a smile on her face after eatting it.

Casendra's other favourite food is celery. Her first tooth is popping up on the bottom so sucking on that celery is probably nice to have. Though I wasn't quick enough with my camera, Casendra has gotten the knack of holding the celery in her mouth and crawl to her next destination.
