Casendra with her Cheerios

I was up in Three Hills visiting the other day. It had seemed like a coons age since I was up there - anyway it was great seeing everyone. It was a tad tense driving up Monday night as it was quite foggy. When I finally arrived to Sara and John's place - I received such a wonderful reception - Hudson and Josiah ran up to me and gave me a hug - hugs are always great to receive. Erin had just poured the water for tea - so that was perfect after that drive up. Just like old times at the house in Chestermere - gathered in the living room chatting, sharing different views and plenty of laughs too.

Before heading off to sleep on Monday night, I did get a chance to rock Casendra to bed - I will admit I love those moments - her falling asleep in my arms or her head resting on my chest. She is so peaceful when she is in her sleep mode. Tuesday morning, Sara was feeding Casendra her cereal and later she had her Cheerios.
