My first solo drive to Three Hills

On July 16th, I took the first, of many more to come, solo drives to Three Hills (northeast of Calgary) to visit the Amy & Garron Rish and their daughter Journey. Today, was a special day for Three Hills as they celebrated their 100th birthday (along with the whole province of Alberta who is celebrating their 100th birthday too). 3Hills celebrated by having a parade of bands and older vehicles & farm equipment and as they passed us they threw candy out to the crowds. The children were right into as you can imagine. Journey's cousins helped her gather some candy too. The Rish's home was right on the parade path so we had great seats. It was neat seeing the reaction of Journey has people passed us. Here is Amy and Journey in front of their home.
