Solomon at play

Solomon was in his glory tonight as he opened his birthday gifts - he received different cars and planes. Amy and Garron had the same idea as Aunt Sharon - this mats where you can drive your toys over. It was perfect as the both mats overlap to make a bigger road map for Solomon to play on. It is the perfect rug for any boys room!!! I think Solomon will be spending plenty of time in his room playing with his new cars and driving them all over the road too.

Solomon gave us a few laughs as he received these two smaller cars - he hardly put them down - so he only had one hand to open his gifts - he was happy when Amy or Journey helped him along. I didn't have my camera handy - but Solomon was lying on the carpet and had one of my books that I bought him open and looking at the photos. He was in his own little world not really noticing this circle of people around watching him.
