Walking in the Rain

We weren't going to let a moment be ruined by rain (downpouring of rain really). We took our time but we hiked all the way up to Upper Falls at Johnston Canyon. The top photo is Sandy in front of Lower Falls; the middle photo is Sandra in a wee cave to get a closer look at the Lower Falls and just took a photo of Sandra along our walk to the Lower Falls. We were soaked to the bone, but San was just taking in the scenery. In sunshine or in the rain, Johnston Canyon is a beautiful walk - a 2 hour round trip hike to Upper Falls. Aside from the falls, there is a trail to the Inkpods (another time) that I have heard is challenging but nice too.
