Bath and Bedroom

The basement renovations are finally completed (well, there is a matter of a cold air return that was drywalled over... but that is another blog entry). Below are photos of my purchases courtesy of my Airmile points at The Bay and Linen N' Things. I stayed with the brown theme in the bathroom and a contrast colours in the bedroom.


The love the contrast of the different brown shades. The outside shower curtain is that faux suede material and it came with matching hooks as well. Funny how well things went together as the towels came from The Bay and the accessories and shower curtains came from Linen N' Things.

Saw this comforter at LNT and loved the rich colour. I think that the colour compliments the brown paint (saddle soap). Of course my room - got to have my dolls!!! These are the teddy bears that I kept for myself, my extra ones I gave to a coworker who attended the Calgary Hitman Teddy Bear toss game (Hitman won - YEAH!!) - they had almost 27,000 teddy bears tossed during that game - a record. I believe there is a rival competition with the Edmonton hockey team.
